Keepsurance is not responsible for errors in data entered by users.

4. Subscription and Billing

Keepsurance operates on a subscription-based pricing model.

• Current pricing: $99 per month

• Subscription renews automatically unless canceled

• Billing is processed through Stripe

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation will stop future billing but does not retroactively refund previous payments.

5. Free Trial

Keepsurance may offer a free trial period for new users.

• Each user is eligible for one trial period

• Trial access automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends

6. Data Storage

Keepsurance stores application data using third-party infrastructure providers.

Your data may include:

• Client names

• Policy types

• Renewal dates

• Policy numbers

• Notes entered by the agency

Keepsurance does not sell user data.

7. Third-Party Services

Keepsurance relies on third-party services to operate the platform, including but not limited to:

• Payment processing providers

• Email delivery services

• Cloud infrastructure providers

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party systems.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

• Upload malicious or harmful data

• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service

• Abuse system resources

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Service Availability

Keepsurance aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
